Job Overview 
We are seeking a dynamic F&B Manager to join our team.  A successful candidate will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an entrepreneurial spirit.
 
The person having this position must possess good communication skills, organizational skills, and have a thorough understanding of LINE policies, procedures and expectations.  
 
Because of the fluctuating demands of the company’s operation, it may be necessary that each
employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your position, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other employees are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  1. Must be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
  2. Oversee daily F&B operation while encouraging efficient and effective service standards that elevate members, guests and staff experience
  3. Implement and lead staff training to educate, motivate and develop team members 
  4. Work cross-functionally to effectively manage the successful execution of club events and experiences
  5. Partner with the People team to properly engage in the talent in the recruitment process
  6. Champion the on-boarding and training of new hires 
  7. Adhere to local and state regulated Health & Safety guidelines as well as Soho house & Co. global standards by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to promote a clean and safe work environment
  8. Propose and persuade innovative channels to maximize revenue through food, beverage and events
  9. Partner with the Front Office to gather guests’ feedback and develop initiatives that address and highlight concerns

Knowledge, Requirements and Skills
  1. High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  2. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  3. Minimum of three (3) years related experience in the hospitality or service industry
  4. Previous experience as a floor manager, captain server, or supervisor in a food forward and high-volume environment
  5. Proven success of “champion of the culture”, facilitating excellent communication and engagement
  6. Team focused with an understanding of the bigger picture and how you can contribute
  7. Able to effectively manage different stakeholders and be persuasive
  8. Ability to multitask
Working Conditions/Environment 
1. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
2. The person having this responsibility may have to lift up to 50lbs on an occasional basis
3. The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for more than five           (5) hours per day

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
