About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Partnerships to join our team.  A successful candidate will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an entrepreneurial spirit.
 
The Director of Partnerships for the LINE Hotels plays a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our brand presence. The primary responsibility is to discern, foster, and oversee sponsorships and global partnerships that seamlessly align with our core values, vision, and strategic objectives. The Director of Partnerships is the architect of brand relationships, steering them towards revenue growth while elevating our visibility, brand awareness, and overall impact. We are seeking an individual with a nuanced understanding of branding, advertising, and sales, placing a deliberate focus on maximizing opportunities that resonate with our brand.
 
Because of the fluctuating demands of the company’s operation, it may be necessary that each employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your position, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other employees are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed.  
 
Responsibilities
  1. Identify and Cultivate Sponsorships:
  2. Research and identify potential sponsorship partners with an initial emphasis on alcohol brands. The primary goal will be to create mutually beneficial relationships that generate revenue and enhance our brand experience. 
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  4. Negotiate Sponsorship Agreements:
  5. Lead negotiations with potential sponsors, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with our strategic objectives.
  6. Develop and present compelling proposals to secure sponsorship commitments.
  7. Manage & Develop Strategic Global Brand Partnerships:
  8. Develop and execute a comprehensive global brand partnerships strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.
  9. Identify and prioritize potential partners that align with the brand values and our target audience.
  10. Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with global brands to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  11. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of partnership objectives with overall business goals. 
  12. Brand Integration and Co-Marketing.
  13. Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Hotel+F&B Operations, to seamlessly integrate sponsorship initiatives.
  14. Develop co-marketing strategies that leverage the strengths of both our hotel group and its global partners.
  15. Coordinate the execution of sponsorship commitments and ensure fulfillment of partnership deliverables.
  16. Monitor Industry Trends:
  17. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for partnerships.
Core Competencies
  1. Must have 3+ year’s experience in a similar role is required.  
  2. Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  3. Proven track record in partnership management, sponsorship sales, or related roles.
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Familiarity with the hospitality industry, particularly in the context of hotels and food and beverage outlets.
  6. Proficiency with Microsoft products is required. 
  7. Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Detail oriented and ability to work in fast paced environment.
  9. Excellent follow-up skills.
  10. Excellent time management skills.
  11. Excellent listening skills.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
