Job Overview:
As the Food and Beverage Manager at O&A Line Management, you are a key leader responsible for overseeing the entire F&B operation. Your primary focus is on delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests, managing staff, and ensuring the profitability of the F&B department. The F&B Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
 
Supervisory Responsibilities: 
This position directly supervises Servers, Hosts, Bartenders, Bar Backs, and Maître Ds.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·         Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B department, including restaurants, bars, 
and catering services.
·         Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall F&B guest experience.
·         Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and 
·         Maître D.
·         Set performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching 
and feedback.
·         Collaborate with chefs to develop and update menus based on culinary trends and 
guest preferences.
·         Establish pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring value for guests.
·         Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation.
·         Conduct regular inspections and address any issues related to service or product quality.
·         Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
·         Implement initiatives to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
·         Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
·         Analyze sales data, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
·         Oversee the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and catering functions.
·         Collaborate with event planning and culinary teams to ensure successful events.
·         Build and maintain relationships with food and beverage suppliers and vendors.
·         Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize cost-effectiveness.
·         Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
·         Stay informed about industry regulations and implement necessary changes.
·         Perform other duties as assigned.
 
 
Qualifications:
·         Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
·         Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar managerial role.
·         Strong leadership and team management skills.
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
·         Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry standards, and regulations.
·         Financial acumen and ability to analyze sales and expense data.
·         Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
 
Working Conditions:
·         Moderate to high noise level in the restaurant and F&B areas.
·         Ability to stand, walk, and move around the F&B venues for extended periods.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
